When patients select a medication, a pop-up will show the medication's basic pharmacologic category and common side effects. This enables patients to educate themselves and understand the medications they are prescribed. This can lead to better patient adherence.

Exams, procedures, and lab work

By seeing estimated times for scheduled interventions like surgeries, blood work, or CT scans, patients can feel like they are in the loop and part of the healthcare team. If a procedure needs to be pushed back, patients can see that change in real-time. This will make patients feel more valued. 

Meet your healthcare providers

With shift changes and different practitioners on the healthcare team, it is easy for patients to feel overwhelmed. With this feature, patients can see the current team members taking care of them with the members' ID picture, first name, position, and general responsibilities. Being able to match a name to a face and understand the components of the healthcare team allows patients to feel connected to the team.
